The BESTIA MARINA restaurant draws its inspiration from a 1912 family recipe book that the chef Omar Páez interprets with tradition and technique from a personal perspective. It’s a tribute to the culinary heritage of La Villa de Garachico, passed down from the chef’s great-grandmother and grandmother, which he re-interpretes taking it to new frontiers.
An open and daring kitchen that explores new flavors and combinations with a unique feature: all the offerings at BESTIA MARINA are prepared over an open flame, and our open kitchen is an integral part of the experience. We bring the sea to the fire, and all the scents, aromas, and flavors contributed by the different woods we use become themselves ingredients on our menu.
